As we reported last time, thousands of Biobank participants answered our initial survey about COVID-19 – Thank you again!

Now that vaccination efforts are underway in Colorado, we have added some questions to the survey to collect information about vaccination status, attitudes about getting vaccinated, reactions to the vaccine, and any long term affects from having COVID-19. This added information may help researchers understand why some people are more likely to have long-lasting symptoms,and help to inform public health about people’s beliefs and attitudes about being vaccinated.

We plan to send out invitations to biobank participants who did not complete the initial survey. Look for an invitation from [email protected] in the coming weeks.

Completing the survey is optional. If you choose not to answer the survey, your participation in the Biobank will not be affected in any way.
