We will soon be inviting Biobank participants to complete a brief survey about the COVID-19 coronavirus. This has been a challenging time for us all and we hope that you and your families are well and coping with all of the changes brought on by this current health crisis.

The Biobank survey asks questions about your experience with COVID-19. This information may help researchers understand more about this virus, and make discoveries about how to prevent people from becoming infected, and diagnose or treat people who become infected. We are interested in hearing from you whether you have had COVID-19 or related symptoms or not. The survey will take about 5-minutes and you can complete this online.
