Conference Attendance Policy

Please cancel before March 31st so another person can attend. After April 1st, contact us. Please note the hotel cancellation policy below.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Hotel rooms can be cancelled up to 7 days before the event. After this date, cancelled rooms are charged a one night deposit, which the attendee who cancelled is responsible for.

Upon registration, you will receive the link to reserve a hotel room at the Westin.You must register for a room by March 30th, 2026.

One night of hotel room will be covered by the conference for all attendees. This includes parking and fees but not incidentals. Additional nights may be purchase at the attendee's expense.

Valet and self-parking will be available at the Westin. One night's worth of parking is covered by the conference.

 

Your credit card will be charged with a deposit one week before your first night. Charges will be reconciled after the conference concludes, including removing charges associated with the one night of room, resort fee, and parking that is covered by the conference.
