Dr. Postorino is currently a Clinical Instructor and the Research Manager for JFK Partners/Developmental Pediatrics, University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus. She has worked in the field of developmental disabilities as a clinician, researcher and educator since 2009. Dr. Postorino completed her undergraduate degree and her master's degree from Libera Universita' Maria SS. Assunta, Roma, Italy. She completed a master's degree from the University of Catania. She completed her Ph.D in psychology from the University of Rome la Sapienza, Rome, Italy and a post-doctoral fellowship in developmental disabilities from the Emory University School of Medicine/Marcus Autism Center. Her clinical and research interests include identifying and treating the co-occurrence of mental health symptoms in children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorders. She is trained in the RUBI Parent Training model for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and problem behaviors. She is particularly interested in the implementation of the RUBI PT model in clinical settings and with diverse clinical populations.
