About Denver Health Collaborative Case Reviews

DH CCRs come in a variety of formats.

See the list of recurring CCRs at the link below.

Or simply discuss a case from Denver Health with faculty, staff, and other providers.

  1. Discuss a case with a patient safety concern or opportunity.
  2. Consider the contributing factors.
  3. Recommend recommended actions for future care improvement.

CCRs can be from any specialty, not just the trainee’s own program.

Examples include:

  • morning provider or nursing huddles
  • informal faculty-led discussions of DH cases
  • residency or departmental M&M.

No matter what type of CCR you attend, make sure to submit your attendance via the Denver Health CCR Attendance/Reflection form.
