UCHealth Safety Event Reviews
2026-2027 Schedule Coming Soon
UCH is transitioning to a redesigned, tiered safety event review model. The UCH Quality and Safety team will focus on system-level reviews and establish new geographic CCRs to review moderate to high harm safety events.
Safety Event Reviews include:
- UCHealth Collaborative Case Reviews
- Department Review/M&M
- Root Cause Analyses
- Local Level Review
- Individual Review
How to attend and get incentive credit for a CCR:
- Find a Safety Event Review you want to attend. (Remember: You can attend a meeting in any specialty; not just your own.)
- Email the contact listed for the meeting (listed below) to confirm the time and place/link for the meeting.
- Attend.
- Submit a UCH Safety Event Review Attendance/Reflection form.
