University of Colorado Spine, Pain and Rehabilitation Center- Anschutz Medical Campus- Aurora, CO 

The Spine, Pain and Rehabilitation Center is a multidisciplinary clinic that operates under a patient-centric model of care that is unique to the Rocky Mountain region.  A collaborative approach is utilized with specialists from Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R), Anesthesiology, Sports Medicine, Pain Medicine, Pain Psychology, Physical Therapy, Neurosurgery, and Orthopedic Spine Surgery. 

University of Colorado Hospital- Anschutz Inpatient Pavilion- Aurora, CO

Fellows will participate with inpatient consultative services include Palliative Care and Acute Pain Service.

University of Colorado Sports Medicine, Denver and Boulder, CO

The sports medicine clinics focus on competitive and recreational athletes of all types and ages. Patients receive comprehensive care for sports and related injuries at CU Sports Medicine. With radiology and rehabilitation services conveniently located onsite, orthopaedic and Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation specialists work with radiologists, certified athletic trainers, and physical therapists to return patients quickly and safely to their normal activities whether organized or recreational sports.
