I am a bioinformatician who specializes in the analysis of next generation sequencing (NGS) data. During my early career, I was a research associate at a small antifungal research company, MycoLogics, Inc. (formally MycoTox, Inc.) where I gained experience in a variety of standard microbiology and molecular biology wet lab techniques. For the last fourteen years at the Anschutz Medical Center I have performed bioinformatic analyses to support a variety of basic science research, clinical research and clinical assay development projects. In the last eight years I have primarily focused on analysis of bulk and single cell RNA-seq, ATAC-seq and ChIP-seq data for a variety of clinical research and animal model research studies.
