Emily Russel, MPP

Emily joined MIBH in June 2021 as the Avalon Program Manager. Her background is in policy analysis and program evaluation. Prior to joining MIBH, Emily was part of the evaluation and analysis team at the the Patient-Centered Outcomes Research Institute (PCORI). Emily received her Master of Public Policy and Bachelor of Arts from the George Washington University in Washington,  DC. She grew up in Colorado and enjoys biking to work, baking bread, and learning how to garden.
