Ashley began her career in fundraising in 2004. This decision has allowed her to bring positive change to various organizations and communities since. After being at the University of Colorado for two years, she joined the Marcus Institute for Brain
Health in March of 2018 to help bring diverse funding streams to allow even more Veterans and Emergency/First Responders to go through this transformational program free of charge. In her role, she works with benefactors that are equally as
passionate about the populations we serve who are afflicted by Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) and the co-occurring Psychological Health (PH) that accompany TBI and gives them the opportunity to play a unique role through philanthropy. In addition to
being benefactor focused, Ashley finds great pleasure in ensuring that the experts at MIBH have the resources they need to dream big and provide innovative care. Ashley works with individuals, corporations, and foundations to help guide the philanthropic
mission of MIBH.
Ashley grew up in Michigan, where her family still resides, and moved to Colorado in August of 2012. She currently lives in Denver, Colorado where she spends her time baking, hiking, camping, and spending time with her husband and three children – Grace, Ava, and Miller. Ashley holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration with a focus in Healthcare Administration and a Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration.
