JFK Partners Community Needs Assessment
Jan 7, 2026
JFK Partners needs your help in identifying the greatest needs affecting the health and well-being of Coloradans with Developmental Disabilities and their families by completing the JFK Partners Community Needs Assessment. This information will be used to shape our five-year proposal for federal funding from the Maternal and Child Health Bureau (MCHB) for the Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental and Related Disabilities (LEND) program.
These funds account for more than half of our core budget that enables JFK Partners to train the disability services workforce, as well as people with disabilities and their families. In addition, this funding supports research to identify effective services and how they may be implemented in the community and collaboration with community partners to improve services and policies that impact our state.
Please respond to this 10-question survey as soon as you can. A version of the survey for people with disabilities who have difficulty with longer surveys is available here. You can also share this email with others who have a stake in improving the health and wellbeing of Coloradans with disabilities and their families.
