This study plans to learn more about whether exercise can help protect the body from health problems that happen when a person’s sleep and daily schedule are out of sync with their natural body clock.
Requirements – Are between 18 to 40 years old; Have a BMI between 18.5 and 40; Are physically inactive; Have no plans to move within the next 6 months and no plans on traveling for more than 2 weeks within the next 3 months.

Requirements – Are 18 or older; Parent or legal guardian of a child who has been treated for childhood cancer; Speak English; Have access to the internet and a smartphone or are able to come to the CU Anschutz campus; Interest in participating in interviews to co-design a nutrition and lifestyle program for childhood cancer survivors

Requirements – 20-60 years old, non-smoker, and do not have type-1 or type-2 diabetes.
