Co-design of a nutrition program for childhood cancer survivors


We are looking for adult caregivers and their children to join a qualitative study where we plan to talk to providers and patients at Children’s Hospital Colorado to co-design a nutrition and lifestyle program for childhood cancer survivors and their families.

Eligibility to particpate

  • You are 18 or older
  • You are a parent or legal guardian of a child who has been treated for childhood cancer
  • You and your child speak English
  • You have access to the internet and a smart phone or are able to come to the CU Anschutz campus
  • You and your child are interested in participating in interviews to co-design a nutrition and lifestyle program for childhood cancer survivors

What to expect

If you decide to be in the study, you will be asked to join one (1) 60-minute interview with your child that will be held either in-person or via Zoom Video conferencing; and/or up to two (2) 60-minute think-aloud interview sessions with your child and other caregivers and their children to review and provide feedback on the potential nutrition and lifestyle program.
