Join our culinary educators and registered dietitians for this virtual cooking class series featuring recipes and ingredients focused on brain and heart health.
Throughout the series, participants will build confidence in the kitchen through culinary basic cooking techniques, and nutrition.
All 60-minute classes are held virtually via Zoom on select quarterly Thursdays from 4-5pm beginning July 2025

Classes are limited to 50 students, with ingredients provided for up to 30. Remaining 20 students should purchase ingredients independently—select shelf-stable recipe ingredients may be available at the CU Anschutz Food Pantry.The pantry is open to all students and there are no restrictions on the number of visits or items that may be taken.
