Annual Diabetes Symposium

The diabetes symposium brings researchers across campus together for a day of presentations by faculty and trainees and an engaging poster session. The day also features the John Hutton Memorial keynote lecture given by a distinguished member of the diabetes community. 

The 2023 John Hutton Memorial Lecture was given by Dr. Mark A. Atkinson, American Diabetes Association Eminent Scholar for Diabetes Research, Jeffrey Keene Family Professor, Director, UF Diabetes Institute Departments of Pathology and Pediatrics from The University of Florida

The next diabetes symposium has been set for Friday, March 29, 2024.
