The University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus (CU AMC) is renowned for its basic, translational and clinical diabetes research programs, which encompass Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes, diabetes complications and autoimmunity. The mission of the CU AMC DRC is to unite this expansive community and facilitate their research endeavors by providing efficient and innovative shared resources. We have also developed an exciting seminar series and several enrichment programs to facilitate interactions and collaborations between center members. Researchers from the four University of Colorado campuses are also eligible to apply to our pilot and feasibility program designed to support early stage investigators and to bring new investigators into the diabetes field. With these programs, we strive to improve our understanding of disease etiologies and progression, and promote the development of diabetes treatments and cures.
I welcome you to virtually explore our DRC.
