Documents & Resources

Case report forms have been designed to collect clinical data consistently across sites. All are available directly on the REDCap site if user access has been granted. Individual .pdf documents of unique forms are provided below.

Patients with Burn Injury in a Designated Burn ICU

Subjects with Alcohol Use Disorders (AUDs) and Non-AUD Control Subjects

Patients with Respiratory Failure on Mechanical Ventilation

Active CoPARC Lab Processing and Experimental Methods

Current methods for the processing of CoPARC samples along with methods for the experiments performed in the CoPARC laboratory.

Previous and Specialized CoPARC Lab Methods

Former methods for CoPARC sample processing that are not currently in use but may be relevant to previously collected samples, as well as methods for specialized assays.

The CoPARC Steering Committee directs and distributes all CoPARC data and samples. The committee will prioritize distribution of samples and information based on the following criteria:

  • Availability of needed samples and its ease of acquisition
  • Quantity and type of samples needed
  • Timeframe that investigator requests to receive samples
  • Quantity and type of samples previously given to the site
  • Study design of proposed experiments with samples
  • Funding available to requesting investigator(s) to conduct the project

Necessary regulatory (IRB) approval will be required for proposed projects prior to sites receiving samples or data. The CoPARC Steering Committee may request modifications or clarifications of the proposed protocol prior to its approval based on their review. The committee will make every effort to honor all requests. All data generated through the resources of this consortium will be uploaded to the consortium's main data set in a timely fashion, but may not be accessed without approval from the CoPARC Steering Committee.

In order to help determine priority order of sample distribution, please email the following to coparc@ucdenver.edu:

  1. Up-to-date biosketch of principal investigator(s)
  2. CoPARC Sample and Data Request Form

Samples Available from Other Consortium Members

Consortium sites that have samples available for sharing. Those sites will update CoPARC with the number and type of samples quarterly so that CoPARC team members can facilitate the shipment of samples from those sites to the requesting investigator(s). The following consortium members are participating:
