CU Dean's Office of Diversity and Inclusion: We will continue to participate in the Minority Scholar Second Look Program, which will take place the first week of February. The Surgery residency program invites several interviewed applicants to participate each year. The program is a campus-wide event and is organized by the CU Dean's Office of Diversity and Inclusion: https://medschool.cuanschutz.edu/deans-office/diversity-inclusion

MARC: Our CU Campus group (Minority & Allied Resident Council) identifies as the following:

• We are a community of residents and fellows from CU Anschutz, Denver Health and affiliated campuses
• Our main goal is to support minority residents and foster allyship through the ups and downs of training
• Opportunities to receive mentorship from minority physicians within CU Anschutz and in the community
• Collaboration and outreach with CU School of Medicine student and faculty diversity groups
