My overall goal in patient care is to help the patient become as functional as possible with the least amount of pain possible, and to help improve and maintain the patient’s quality of life. During non-clinical time, I enjoy spending time with my husband and daughter, cooking (and eating) good food, and being outdoors (hiking, biking).
My clinical interests include diagnosis and non-surgical management of various musculoskeletal and nerve-related conditions. I perform spinal injections (neck/back) as well as peripheral joint injections (shoulders/knees/hands/hips/elbows) to help with pain control and improve function. I also perform nerve studies (electromyography) which aid in diagnosis of nerve-related conditions.Painful conditions affecting the bones, joints and muscles including Arthritis, Back and Neck pain, Spine Injuries and Diseases, Upper and Lower Extremity Injuries and Disorders involving the shoulder, elbow, hand, hip, knee, and foot/ankle. Nerve Injuries including Carpal Tunnel Syndrome and sciatica with electrodiagnostic studies (EMG/NCS). Interventional Spine and Pain Medicine, Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
