Dr. Kittel-Moseley is an Assistant Professor of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the University of Colorado Anschutz School of Medicine and an Epidemiologist/Research Health Science Specialist at the VA Rocky Mountain MIRECC for Suicide Prevention. Dr. Kittel-Moseley has more than 10 years of experience in suicide prevention research and research with veterans. Their research primarily focuses on identifying non-mental health risk factors for suicide, particularly suicide prevention among those with serious medical comorbidities, such as cancer. Additionally, they conduct research on suicide prevention among underserved veteran populations, including sexual and gender diverse veterans.
