Marissa D. Jamieson, MD

Board-Certified Orthopedic Surgeon · Foot & Ankle Specialist

Dr. Jamieson is an assistant professor in the Department of Orthopedics at the University of Colorado School of Medicine. She treats the full range of foot and ankle conditions, from bunions and arthritis to sports injuries, fractures, and total ankle replacement.

Her approach starts with an accurate diagnosis and non-surgical care whenever it can meet your goals, and moves to surgery only when it offers the clearest path back to the activities that matter to you.

Josephine Ngo, PA-C

Physician Assistant · Orthopedic Surgery

Josephine works alongside Dr. Jamieson to perform evaluations, assist in the operating room, and manage many post-operative and follow-up visits.

She grew up in Boise, Idaho, and earned her master's in physician assistant studies at the University of Nebraska Medical Center. After two years in orthopedic surgery, she relocated to Denver to join her fiancé. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, reading, trying new foods, crocheting, playing piano and guitar, and hiking with her dog.

Rooms you for your visit, reviews medications and history, obtains in-office X-rays, and helps with braces, boots, and casting.

Scheduling Coordinator

Books clinic and surgery dates, coordinates the two locations, and is your first point of contact by phone.

Perioperative

Surgery Scheduler

Confirms surgery dates, pre-operative testing, and arrival instructions, and works with your insurance on authorization.

Rehabilitation

Physical Therapy Partners

UCHealth therapists follow Dr. Jamieson's protocols to guide weight-bearing, strength, and return to sport.

Academic

Residents & Fellows

As an academic practice, orthopedic residents and foot and ankle fellows may participate in your care under Dr. Jamieson's supervision.
