Our nocturnist position offers exciting clinical opportunities at our Anschutz campus at the University of Colorado Hospital which is a busy 673-bed hospital that has been recently named to the 2017-2018 US News and World Report Honor Roll.   Our night positions have an emphasis on teaching and excellent patient care and we work closely with the University of Colorado Internal Medicine residency program and our Advanced Practice Fellowship Program (for Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistants) providing teaching and oversight to the house staff and APP fellows.

As a Hospitalist NP/PA, you will work in collaboration with the Hospitalist physician faculty and provide inpatient clinical care to a variety of patients including observation, floor, and step-down level patients, as well as oncology patients. You will be expected to contribute to the educational mission of the group, and a portion of your time will be spent on teaching services that include our Advanced Practice Fellows.

 

As a Hospitalist NP/PA, you will work in collaboration with the Hospitalist physician faculty and provide inpatient clinical care to a variety of patients including observation, floor, and step-down level patients, as well as oncology patients. Data Analyst

The Data Analyst will, under minimal supervision, coordinate and perform statistical analysis, provide assistance in creating and refining research methodologies, and support the data needs of Division of Hospital Medicine (DHM) faculty and staff for the purposes of operations, quality improvement, research, grant and contract deliverables, and publication. The data analyst will work collaboratively with the other members of the DHM Data and Analytics Team on projects designed to assess and improve patient care outcomes, patient experience, costs of care, provider satisfaction, and any other efforts to enhance DHM productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness.
