Create a research preference profile today
Nov 14, 2023Current progress at the biobank: The biobank now has more than 230,000 participants who have collectively donated more than 110,000 DNA samples. More than 20,000 participants have received genetic results.
What's new: UCHealth is excited to introduce the new Research Preferences Program. This is a way for UCHealth patients like you to connect with additional research opportunities and be a part of projects that drive scientific discovery and seek to improve health care.
If you are interested in learning more about new potential research studies, you can create a personal Research Preference Profile* by filling out a short and easy-to-follow questionnaire.
Then what happens: Once you’ve created a Research Preference Profile, investigators might contact you about research opportunities through your My Health Connection account. Creating a Research Preference Profile does not automatically enroll you in studies, and you can also update and change your preferences at any time.
Your participation in research leads to scientific discovery.
