2025 Colorado Legislative Session

The 2025 Colorado Legislative Session is officially open - and with it, Colorado's Legislative Caucus on Aging representing aging Coloradans. Learn about opportunities for community members, educators and researchers alike to participate in ways to positively affect older adults in the state.

Ways to Participate

There are 4 Aging Caucuses throughout the 2025 Colorado legislative session, hosted monthly from January - April at the Colorado State Capitol. Each one is open to attend for the public, and offers educational opportunities to learn more about legislation happening this session, community members can have a dialogue with elected officials to better have their voice heard and experience first-hand how advocacy works. No registration required!

 


 

1st Aging Caucus
  • Thursday, January 16th, from 7:30am-9am.  
  • Attend in-person at the Capitol or virtually
  • Light breakfast provided beginning at 7:30am
  • Learn about legislative priorities regarding older adults for the 2025 legislative session

Hosted by the Colorado Center for Aging, Community Advocacy Training is an unique opportunity to learn how to read legislative bills, how the legislative process works and learn how to participate in advocacy to better support issues impacting older Coloradans.
