The University of Colorado (CU) Alzheimer's and Cognition Center is located at the CU Anschutz Medical Campus and is part of the School of Medicine, Department of Neurology. Our center offers clinical care, clinical research, and translational research, as well as educational materials and support groups through collaboration with local community organizations.
Part of the University of Colorado Alzheimer's and Cognition Center is the Memory Disorders Clinic. If you or a loved one is having concerns with dementia or other memory problems and are interested in seeing one of our neurologists, please contact our clinic at (720) 848-2080.

The Alzheimer's Association of Colorado provides information and support for people in Colorado living with dementia, as well as for families and caregivers.

The Alzheimer's Association website can help you find community resources, help you find caregiver in-home care, provide suggested activities, find local support groups and events, and provide general support for both caregivers and people living with Dementia.
The Association for Frontotemporal Degeneration (aFTD) provides information and support for people with FTD and their families and caregivers.

The aFTD has many resources available, and can help you find out more about FTD, provides resources for coordinating care, and hosts local support groups.
The Lewy Body Dementia Association (LBDA) provides information and support specific to people with Lewy Body Dementia, their families and caregivers,

The Colorado Posterior Cortical Atrophy (PCA) Support Group provides information and support specific to people with PCA in Colorado. This support group is run by Dr. Victoria Pelak, a neurologist who works with the CU Alzheimer's and Cognition Center.
They provide resources such as information about PCA, support group meetings and lectures, and information about clinical trials and research.
