ACCORDS, established in 2014 by combining the Colorado Health Outcomes Program and Children’s Outcomes Research Program, is a multidisciplinary research center at CU Anschutz and Children’s Hospital Colorado that advances health outcomes, comparative effectiveness, patient-centered, and implementation science research across the lifespan while supporting collaboration, training, and the development of nationally recognized research programs.

The University of Colorado Alzheimer’s and Cognition Center (CUACC) was established, and has a mandate from the State of Colorado, to provide standard and innovative clinical care to patients while advancing research to promote healthy brain aging by developing effective early diagnostics, preventions, treatments, and, ultimately, cures for Alzheimer’s disease and related neurodegenerative disorders. Our research has a special focus on translating repurposed drugs through the full development pipeline from concept through biochemistry, cell biology, preclinical studies, and clinical trials.
