Where We Are Located
The residency program is within the Department of Radiation Oncology, which is located in the UCHealth University of Colorado Hospital on the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus. The campus is located in the Denver Metro area, just 6 miles east of downtown Denver in the city of Aurora, a neighboring suburb. Campus is accessible via car, bus, and light rail.
Residents also have the opportunity to observe at the Rocky Mountain Gamma Knife Center for 1-2 weeks.
The Rocky Mountain Gamma Knife Center is located in the UCHealth University of Colorado Hospital, just down the hall from the Department of Radiation Oncology. We have a unique collaboration with the physicists in the Department of Radiology, also located down the hall from the Department of Radiation Oncology within the UCHealth University of Colorado Hospital. Residents will spend 1-2 weeks with physicists and radiologists in the Department of Radiology.
The University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus is one of four distinct campuses of the University of Colorado system. It is the largest academic health center in the Rocky Mountain region.
