Her work engaging hospitals. health departments and non-profit organizations works to improve standards for quality of care, care access, and cultural competency in the area of behavioral and medical healthcare needs in disaster and humanitarian crisis.

Dr. Little has 30 years of experience in disaster planning in varied capacities, including serving as a medical director, membership on multiple regional planning committees and directs the development of computerized disaster management tools.
