As more Americans age, our health care needs change. In the UC Health System Senior’s Clinic, our doctors specialize in medically-complex, older adults age 75 and older. Our multi-disciplinary team includes geriatric trained physicians, nurse practitioners, psychologist, clinical pharmacists, social workers, nurses, medical assistants, and patient advocacy representatives. We work closely with patients and their families to determine the right care based on the individual's needs and values.
