Vanesa Adame joined the Crnic Institute and the University of Colorado Alzheimer's and Cognition Center (CUACC) in August 2015, where she works in Dr. Huntington Potter’s laboratory as a Professional Research Assistant. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Biology from the University of New Mexico and is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in nursing at the University of Colorado. Vanesa is involved in traumatic brain injury studies of neuropathology and immune biomarkers in a rat model of Alzheimer’s disease. She is also a member of the CUACC Biorepository Core team.
