Elena joined the ACCORDS Biostatistics and Analytics Core in 2024. She received her PhD in Biostatistics in 2024 from the University of Kansas Medical Center, where she worked under the guidance of Prof. Byron Gajewski. Elena has collaborated on a range of clinical and observational studies with researchers specializing in public health, rare neurological diseases, and nutrition. Her research interests include developing and implementing novel clinical trial designs that incorporate Bayesian methodology.
