Kaitlyn joined the ACCORDS analytic team in 2021. She received her MS in Epidemiology in 2015 from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where she also worked on the data team for the Survey of the Health of Wisconsin (SHOW). She also holds a BA in Psychology from Northwestern University and completed two years of a PhD in Social Psychology at the University of Virginia before transitioning to more applied, health-focused fields. Most recently before ACCORDS, she worked in San Francisco as a quantitative consultant with the Patient Centered Outcomes group at ICON plc, leading research projects (including survey design and statistical analysis) on patient-reported outcomes and patient treatment preferences for clients in the life sciences industry.
