About CU Anschutz Urogynecology

Daring to Be Different

The field of urogynecology is a unique combination of urology and gynecology to treat the complex pelvic health issues many women experience, known collectively as pelvic floor disorders.

And our University of Colorado Anschutz Urogynecology practice is different – aside from being the largest female pelvic medicine and reconstructive surgery practice in the state. Our compassionate care, team approach and university integration allow women to get comprehensive treatment and see all the relevant providers in just one visit.

CU Anschutz Urogynecology provides a multidisciplinary pelvic health program, with urogynecology, colorectal, urology and physical therapy experts working in partnership to cure interrelated pelvic floor disorders women face.

We treat:

Helping women break the silence

As many as 25% of women experience one or more of the pelvic floor dysfunctions we treat. Yet many women are too embarrassed to even talk to their friends about it, let alone seek out the kind of life-changing relief we can provide.

Meet the team changing women’s lives

Changing the status quo takes uncommon dedication, deep compassion and world-class expertise. Our multidisciplinary team brings together double–board-certified urogynecologists, specialists in the unique blend of gynecology and reconstructive pelvic surgery. Alongside them, our urologists and colorectal physicians focus exclusively on women’s pelvic health, providing highly specialized care for even the most complex conditions.

We advocate for every woman we treat, helping her reclaim confidence, comfort and quality of life.

We are also proud of our University Difference. As part of CU Anschutz, our physicians are leaders in pelvic health research, frequently publishing new findings and advancing the science of care for women everywhere.
