The Quality Systems Leadership (QSL) program introduces the necessary knowledge and skills to build and lead healthcare quality programs. Through six monthly virtual sessions, participants will learn what drives organizational decisions about quality and safety and how to align their quality and safety work with larger strategic priorities.
Topics include how to build a quality infrastructure, public reporting, value-based payment, regulatory affairs, quality analytics, interacting with executive leaders, and understanding the internal and external drivers for quality and safety.
These sessions will be interactive and help you apply the concepts to your specific clinical environments. Pre- and post-work will help you deepen your understanding and apply the core concepts.
This course is appropriate for physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, administrators or other healthcare professionals who are looking to grow their knowledge, skills and expertise in quality, safety, and healthcare leadership.
The sessions will be led by current and former chief quality officers, chief medical officers, and other experts in quality, patient safety, and data analytics.
All sessions are held virtually from 12-3 p.m. Mountain Time.
Price: $999 for all six sessions
