Congratulations to Chris Erickson for receiving the Mack Clayton Award for Basic Science at the Inaugural Orthopedic Research Symposium at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus.
Drs. Payne, Miller, Bryant and Ferguson were awarded the R33 phase of a NIH Phased Innovation Award (R21/R33) to continue developing a 3D printed biomimetic of growth plate cartilage. Excited to continue this important work with wonderful collaborators!
The Payne Lab and Bryant Lab were awarded a NIH R21 from NICHD to study a cartilage-mimetic hydrogel and mesenchymal stem cells for growth plate cartilage tissue engineering.
Drs. Payne, Miller, Bryant and Ferguson were awarded the first part of a NIH Phased Innovation Award (R21/R33) to develop a 3D printed biomimetic of growth plate cartilage. This is a multidisciplinary project involving graduate students at both the CU Anschutz Medical Campus and CU Boulder Campus.
