Covid Testing Locations

*Pre-op COVID testing is currently required at all facilities - regardless of vaccination status.

*This test needs to be completed 5 days prior to surgery. If you test 6 or more days prior to surgery, you will need to re-test.

*A standing order for this test will have already been placed and accessible by our testing locations. All you will need to bring to the testing facility is a valid I.D.

*If you choose to be tested at an outside facility, it must be a PCR test and either a nasal swab or oropharyngeal swab. No antigen, antibody, or cheek swab tests will be accepted.
