Bio

I graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy from Johns Hopkins University in 2020, focusing much of my research on bioethics and thinking more about the doctor-patient relationship. I joined the HCTU in May of 2021 as the Clinical Lab Coordinator, and I transitioned to a Clinical Research Coordinator position in June of 2022. I started at University of Colorado Hospital in 2015 as a clinical volunteer, and I have relished every opportunity to learn about different specialties and be with different patient populations! In college, I volunteered in hospice, where I learned even more about giving good care to people at all stages of their lives. I now volunteer as a Research Assistant for Dr. Arek Wiktor in the UCH Burn Center. In my free time, I love to read and write, bake (ask anyone, I make a phenomenal cheesecake!), learn to sing and play my autoharp, and crochet!
