Bio

Hello! I am a Coloradoan born and raised and have lived in both the Denver and Northern Colorado areas for the majority of my life. Following a short stint at Colorado Mesa University - which I attended to play football and run track - I completed both my undergraduate degree and graduate coursework in Exercise Physiology at Colorado State University in which I examined how skeletal muscle blood flow is regulated in response to various stimuli. When I’m not working, I am most likely cooking, looking up random nerdy science facts, golfing, and trying to watch as much Colorado Avalanche hockey as humanly possible.
