Recent Grantees
The first Department of Dermatology Education Innovation Project is entitled 'Advanced Surgical Technique Clinic for resident education in dermatologic surgery.' Funding for this project was awarded to Dr. Zwald for educational assessment of interactive surgical training by members of our surgical faculty in a state-of-the-art facility on the Anschutz campus. Using the concept of OASTS (Objective Structured Assessment of Surgical Skill), Dr. Zwald will be generating data over time that will allow presentations and publications to advance surgical education of dermatology residents.
