Your Instructors
Ami Doshi, MD
Dr. Ami Doshi is a compassion-driven leader, physician and educator who is passionate about empowering others to live their best lives personally and professionally. She spreads the power of wellness-centered leadership, compassionate communication and meaning-making by infusing this into her work at the bedside, with learners and as Vice Chair of Faculty Development and Wellness for UC San Diego’s Department of Pediatrics. She directs the Wellness Leader Academy of the T. Denny Sanford Institute for Empathy and Compassion, integrating her leadership and faculty development expertise to advance wellness.
Jenny Reese, MD
Dr. Jenny Reese serves as Associate Dean for Faculty Well-being for the Office for Well-being, Vice Chair for Well-being for the Department of Pediatrics, and Medical Director of Well-being for Children’s Hospital Colorado. Dr. Reese works clinically in the Section of Pediatric Hospital Medicine at Children's Hospital Colorado.
