Dr. Ami Doshi is a national leader in wellness-centered leadership and compassion in healthcare. As Director of the Wellness Leader Academy at the T. Denny Sanford Institute for Empathy and Compassion, she designs and leads transformative, experiential programs that equip leaders to cultivate empathy, resilience, and meaning across healthcare systems.

Dr. Jenny Reese serves as Associate Dean for Faculty Well-being for the Office for Well-being, Vice Chair for Well-being for the Department of Pediatrics, and Medical Director of Well-being for Children’s Hospital Colorado. Dr. Reese works clinically in the Section of Pediatric Hospital Medicine at Children's Hospital Colorado.
