Foundations in Healthcare Leadership (FHL) is a rigorous development program for individuals looking to build a leadership career in healthcare. FHL blends practical in-person training, application to real world challenges, and longitudinal executive coaching with a tailored development and feedback program in the workplace to accelerate success.
Participants will learn practical leadership concepts over three full day in-person sessions and immediately apply them to individualized leadership challenges. A final additional half-day of the in-person program will be dedicated to the creation of a detailed, professional development and feedback roadmap that will outline key milestones and a rigorous plan for attaining them. Twelve monthly longitudinal coaching sessions with course faculty and a personalized feedback program, built and shared with a select group of colleagues, will ensure success in meeting the developmental goals.
