For decades, Down syndrome has been one of the least-funded conditions when it comes to federal research dollars.
Thankfully, that landscape is changing. But even so, we are heavily supported by and rely on generous donors like you to continue our groundbreaking research every single day.
The Crnic Institute works closely with the Global Down Syndrome Foundation (GLOBAL) and with the University of Colorado Office of Advancement and Foundation to raise and administer valuable funds to support our research year-round.
You can donate through GLOBAL or through the University of Colorado to directly support our research in three ways:
- Donate through GLOBAL, who is dedicated to improving the lives of people with Down syndrome through research, medical care, education, and advocacy.
- Donate through the University of Colorado to support general research operations across the Crnic Institute.
- Donate through the University of Colorado to support the Crnic Institute Human Trisome ProjectTM (HTP), one of the largest cohort studies of people with Down syndrome.
