You have access to two HOPE eLearning modules to support your practice's focus to address weight management and implementation of intensive behavioral therapy with patients. These modules are available to for everyone in your practice - from staff to clinicians.
Access to the modules is free and provides 1 Amercian Academy of Family Physicians Continuing Medical Education (CME) credit for each of the two modules.
To access the modules:
- Register at https://CUelearning.org
- Click on the "Register" link and enter your email address and set up your password.
- Your registration code is: HOPE (not case sensitive)
You will then be redirected to "My Account" page where you can access the eLearning modules.
