Our nationally recognized thyroid team—comprising Bryan Haugen, MD; Whitney Goldner, MD; Sarah Mayson, MD; Amanda LaGreca, MD; Nikita Pozdeyev, MD, PhD; and Jennifer Morrison, MD—works in close collaboration with our expert thyroid surgeons: Robert McIntyre, MD; Chris Raeburn, MD; Maria Albuja Cruz, MD; Julie Goddard, MD; and Brian Cervenka, MD. Together, they specialize in the evaluation and management of thyroid cancer, thyroid nodules, goiters, hyperthyroidism, and hypothyroidism.
We offer advanced diagnostic and treatment services including on-site ultrasound imaging, guided thyroid fine needle aspiration (FNA) biopsies, cytological and molecular analysis, and a weekly multidisciplinary thyroid tumor clinic led by Connie Zuo, PA-C. In partnership with colleagues in Medical Oncology, Nuclear Medicine, Radiology, and Radiation Oncology, our team provides comprehensive, state-of-the-art treatment options such as surgery, radioiodine therapy, radiation therapy, targeted chemotherapy, and access to clinical trials for patients with thyroid tumors ranging from benign nodules to advanced thyroid cancer.
Multidisciplinary Thyroid Tumor Program
Our pituitary care team includes Margaret Wierman, MD; Katja Kiseljak-Vassiliades, DO; Christie Turin More, MD; Virginia Sarapura, MD; and Micol Rothman, MD. They collaborate closely with pituitary surgeons Kevin Lillehei, MD; Samy Youssef, MD; and Timothy Ung, MD, along with Radiation Oncology specialists, to provide multidisciplinary care for pituitary tumors and disorders of pituitary function.
This team offers nationally recognized expertise in managing conditions such as Cushing’s Disease, Acromegaly, Prolactinomas, non-functioning pituitary tumors, and pituitary gland insufficiency. Treatment options include transsphenoidal pituitary surgery, radiation therapy, stereotactic radiosurgery, and targeted medical tumor suppressive therapy.
