Are you a methodologist, investigator, research staff, and/or a community or patient partner in research? | Abstract Submission Criteria: |
- Abstracts should be between 2500 and 3000 characters (with spaces), not including title, authors, or affiliations
- Abstract title should be no more than 15 words
- Abstract body should be structured with headings for background, setting/population, methods, results (for completed research), and conclusions
- Abstracts can be completed research or works-in-progress and may include research presented at other venues
- Abstracts are encouraged to include patients and community partners as co-authors

Abstracts are encouraged in the following areas that align with the 2026 theme Pragmatic Research: Methods, Tools, and Technology for Rapidly Changing Contexts: - Methods: advancing pragmatic research design and implementation, including tools, approaches and methods to support rigorous pragmatic research
- Research Results & Findings: study findings and outcomes, lessons learned, and implications for practice
- Technology & Research Engagement: research addressing the application of digital health, AI, machine learning, informative and tools for real-world impact
- Dynamic Landscapes: navigating evolving contextual and policy environments in pragmatic research, strategies for adapting pragmatic research approaches to meet immediate real-world needs
Abstracts may also connect to topics highlighted in the 2026 Pre-Conference Workshops, including: - Pragmatic Research Planning

Poster guidelines: - Posters should be submitted to the conference committee in PDF (templates will be provided), however, presenters are responsible for printing their own posters for the conference and must fit in a 4’w x 4’h space.
- Poster session(s) will be held on May 21
- Select abstracts may be invited to present live as a “Best of COPRH Con” session, concurrent breakout sessions, or lightning research talk
