Debby is a Data Collector that joined the Family Matters Team at ACCORDS in Spring 2025. She earned her Bachelor’s in Sociology with a minor in Anthropology and a certificate in Criminology from the University of Colorado Denver. 
As a first-generation college graduate and a daughter of Hmong refugees, Debby’s educational journey has been deeply shaped by her commitment to equity and access. Her work is driven by a passion for bridging gaps between lived experience and advocacy, particularly in underrepresented communities. Debby is dedicated to advancing meaningful research that supports more socially equitable systems and outcomes. She plans to continue her education in Law, where she can further use skills to serve the community. 
Outside of work, Debby enjoys breweries, thrifting, and spending time with her husband, Mike, and their three children.
