After months of thoughtful reflection and collaboration, we’re excited to share that the Peer Mentored Care Collaborative (PMCC) has a new name: The Care Collaborative. This change reflects our commitment to fostering meaningful connections across Colorado’s healthcare community and ensuring that specialized knowledge is accessible where it’s needed most. Though the name is shorter, its impact is far-reaching and helps us focus our mission: making expertise accessible to improve care for all Coloradans.

At The Care Collaborative, we believe frontline healthcare professionals deserve better access to specialized knowledge. So, every day we build connections across Colorado’s medical community linking people with knowledge to drive high-quality, timely care where it’s needed most. Because when providers are supported and informed, Coloradans live healthier lives.
