At The Care Collaborative we believe frontline healthcare professionals deserve better access to specialized knowledge. So, every day we build connections across Colorado’s medical community—linking people with knowledge to drive high-quality, timely care where it’s needed most. The Care Collaborative offers two innovative and highly regarded programs at CU Anschutz: ECHO Colorado (Extension for Community Health Outcomes) and eConsults. Through these programs, primary care providers across Colorado can partner with colleagues at CU Anschutz, creating a virtual, patient-centered medical community that ultimately improves access to specialty care for Coloradans.

An eConsult asynchronously connects primary care providers and CU Anschutz School of Medicine specialists for consultation on patient care. eConsults make it easier and more affordable for patients to receive the care they need.
