Over the past eight months, our team has been thoughtfully revisiting our mission—what we do, who we serve and why we matter. This process highlighted an opportunity to adopt a name that more clearly captures the depth and direction of our work. We are excited to share that a new name is on the way.

Starting in July, the Peer Mentored Care Collaborative (PMCC) will become The Care Collaborative. Details are coming soon. For now, just know that while our name is changing, our commitment to improving access to care for Coloradans remains strong.
