Continuing Medical Education (CME)

Department of Surgery Grand Rounds are held Monday mornings at 7:00 a.m., and Urology Grand Rounds are held immediately afterward. Both Grand Rounds are available for CME credit. For more information, see our Continuing Medical Education page.

Urology Interest Group

The Urology Interest Group is a student-led initiative that works closely with the faculty to provide educational and experiential opportunities for medical students interested in urology.

Observership Program

An Observership Program is a program established by a medical association or interested group of physicians to assist international medical graduates (IMGs) who wish to observe clinical practice in a U.S. setting. (American Medical Association definition.) These programs acculturate IMGs to American medical practices and help prepare them for residency.

At the present time, the Division of Urology at the University of Colorado School of Medicine does not offer an observership program.
